Financial Planning Associates, Inc. backs up client data nightly. The encrypted files are securely backed up to two different sites, one in Toronto, Canada, and one to Montreal, Canada. We also use secure/encrypted email when conveying sensitive, personal information to our clients. Client reports posted in the FPAI Client Accounts area of the FPAI website are posted in secure individual client folders, which require three information "strings" to access.
